Travel time to school with traffic                                                                                                                                                     -5-10 mins, Very easy access to 170-North On good days - 8 minutes to school Days w/ traffic - 12-15              minutes

How far away are you from a metro-link station?
        -less than 5 mins

On a scale from 1-5 how satisified are you with your apartment complex?

-4, It's not luxury, but it's relatively cheap and pretty close to school. The apartments are a bit older but they answer to any maintenance issues quickly. We've only experienced one problem with tile in the bathroom, but other than that a good community with quick accessibility to The Loop. 170, various parks

How safe do you feel your apartment complex and surrounding area is? A rating of 5 is very safe whereas a rating of 1 is very unsafe.

-4, It's pretty much like any typical neighborhood. I feel very safe during the day but wouldn't go out walking around at night

Are there any extra amenities included with you rent? Include features such as; trash, water, pool, club house, wash/dryer connections/laundry mat, exercise facilities, dishwasher, pet friendly, etc

           - Water + Trash are included; They have a club house, pool, exercise room with adjoining laundry facility (great combo). They allow pets, but some parts of the complex are pet-free.

Please comment on closeness to stores, shops, restaurants, gyms etc. (ex. I live 2 blocks away from a Schuncks and St. Louis Mills)

          - There's a Schuncks right around the corner as well as a Walgreens. Very close restaurants: Guo Bin, India Palace, Pei Wei, Maggie Moos (all within walking distance) The Loop is about 8 minutes away..tons of restaurants/bars/shops there.

Is this location conducive to studying?

-Yes, The apartment are arranged in fours. I have only really had problems with hearing the neighbors above me, but it was pretty insignificant. The only thing I would suggest about studying is make sure to buy floor lamps...for some odd reason there is no lighting in the main living area

Do you feel like it was worth the cost to live there? (If you feel comfortable doing so, please include cost)

       - Definitely...I love the area where we are (Clayton)

Would you recommend this location to another student and why? Also please add any additional comments that you feel might be helpful for a new student moving to St. Louis.

       - Heck yeah....great location, good cost
