                 1.Travel time is about 10-12 minutes to school, and is usually only lightly congested at rush hour times, these             apartments are very close to I-170, I-270 and just about 15 minutes from anywhere

                2. 10-20 mins easy access to 170 and 270, very little traffic SB 170, some traffic at rush hour NB170 but can take                              Hanley as well to and from UMSL
 

How far away are you from a metro-link station?        

                - 5-10 mins.

On a scale from 1-5 how satisified are you with your apartment complex?

                    1.5 Very satisfied

                2. 5 The apartments are spacious for a 1 bedroom (750 sq ft) and they are well maintaned. Maintenance is quick to                         respond. It is a fairly quiet complex.

 

How safe do you feel your apartment complex and surrounding area is? A rating of 5 is very safe whereas a rating of 1 is very unsafe.

Are there any extra amenities included with you rent? Include features such as; trash, water, pool, club house, wash/dryer connections/laundry mat,exercise facilities, dishwasher, pet friendly, etc

                1. trash, water paid. Large clubhouse style pool with laundry facility and w/d hookups, gym, tennis courts, small             driving range, dishwasher, and small pets allowed

                2. trash, water, sewer included, pet friendly, dishwasher, W/D coin, laundry mat, pool, fitness center           
 

 

Please comment on closeness to stores, shops, restaurants, gyms etc. (ex. I live 2 blocks away from a Schuncks and St. Louis Mills)

                1. 5 minutes from the Mills mall, close to Lindbergh where all the grocery stores, fast food, target, etc

                2. many restaurants and groceries up the street on Lindbergh (less than 5 miles), about 5-10 min from St. Louis Mills
 

Is this location conducive to studying?

                2. yes, currently $575/mth for a 1 bedroom but increasing to $595/mth   

    

Would you recommend this location to another student and why? Also please add any additional comments that you feel might be helpful for a new student moving to St. Louis.

               1. Yes I would recommend to a new student, close to school and highways, nice pool and pets, quiet and peaceful         area

               2. I would recommend it due to the friendliness of the office staff and quick responses on maintenance issues. Also     the location is convenient for school and easy access to major interstates
