Name of apartment complex and the city in which it is located.

            -Georgetown Apartments, Webster Groves, MO

Travel time to school with traffic

            - 20-30 mins You take Hanley North to 170 North. It is not that bad of a drive really

How far away are you from a metro-link station?

          - less than 5 mins

On a scale from 1-5 how satisified are you with your apartment complex?

            - 5 very satisified, Georgetown is almost entirely young professionals (law students, med students, young business people), so you do not have to deal with trashy loud neighbors. They take great care of the grounds and the maintenance service is almost instantaneous (if something breaks, they're there to fix it quickly). It is located in a nice area of St. Louis (zero crime), unlike any place that's close to UMSL.

How safe do you feel your apartment complex and surrounding area is? A rating of 5 is very safe whereas a rating of 1 is very unsafe.

          - 5 very safe Being from St. Louis, I'm extremely familiar with safe vs. unsafe areas of town. This is a clean and safe place to live. There is no crime. My fiance walks the dog at night by herself and I do not worry in the least bit.

Are there any extra amenities included with you rent? Include features such as; trash, water, pool, club house, wash/dryer connections/laundry mat, exercise facilities, dishwasher, pet friendly, etc

-Rent includes: trash, water, two pools, exercise facilities, dishwasher, very pet friendly. Laundry facilities are located in the complex, but cost money.

Please comment on closeness to stores, shops, restaurants, gyms etc. (ex. I live 2 blocks away from a Schuncks and St. Louis Mills)

-Dierberg's and Shop n' Save are a couple minutes away. Downtown is 15 minutes away. The Hill (lots of great Italian restaurants) is 5 minutes away. Crestwood mall is 5 minutes away, Galleria is 10 minutes away

Is this location conducive to studying?

           - Yes, There are no loud parties. It is nice and quiet

Do you feel like it was worth the cost to live there? (If you feel comfortable doing so, please include cost)

-A two bedroom townhouse is $760 a month, and worth every penny in my opinion

Would you recommend this location to another student and why? Also please add any additional comments that you feel might be helpful for a new student moving to St. Louis.

         - I would recommend this place to anyone who is not just looking for a cheap place to live, and wants it to be a little bit nicer and safer (and in a nice part of town). Webster Groves has lots of parks and is overall just a great place to live. It is centrally located relative to lots of St. Louis' best attractions. It is not trashy!
