- Yes, I looked at many complexes when I was doing my
apartment hunt and this place has a great value. I have an awesome townhouse
with washer and dryer and I love coming home here after long days at UMSL

I would definitely recommend StoneHaven. They were very welcoming to me when I
came to look for the first time. Some places aren't so friendly to students.
They have policies that indirectly prevent students from living there, which is
not legal per se. But since this does happen I would recommend calling before
going to visit places to get a feel for how well they want students as
residents.
