Name of apartment complex and the city in which it is located.

                1. Rental Duplex on Tulane Ave 63130

                 2.-I lived in University City, off Tulane and Midland in an apartment. It's a great area with plenty of optometry                                students and Wash U students. Plus you are close to the Loop. Drive around the area and you will see many                            places for rent. The only thing is that you have a little drive to get to a highway. Taking Hanley to school is the                        best option

     

Travel time to school with traffic    

               1. 10-20 mins No problems with traffic...ever

                2.  -10-20 mins, Close to Hanley... There are tons of duplexes for rent in our neighborhood, and             actually a lot of optometry students live on our street (Tulane)

How far away are you from a metro-link station?        

                -less than 5 mins

On a scale from 1-5 how satisfied are you with your apartment complex?

                   1. -5 very satisified I know that the upstairs couple is moving out in the middle of July, so if              someone is interested I can put them in touch with my landlord.

                   2. -4 

                   3. -5 very satisified

How safe do you feel your apartment complex and surrounding area is? A rating of 5 is very safe whereas a rating of 1 is very unsafe.

                1.-5 very safe

               2.-5

               3.-4, Well, my car was STOLEN from right outside my house... but really, that could happen                         anywhere, right?

Are there any extra amenities included with you rent? Include features such as; trash, water, pool, club house, wash/dryer connections/laundry mat,exercise facilities, dishwasher, pet friendly, etc

               - trash, washer/dryer,dishwasher, pet friendly

Please comment on closeness to stores, shops, restaurants, gyms etc. (ex. I live 2 blocks away from a Schuncks and St. Louis Mills)

            - Near the Delmar loop and Schnucks grocery store

Is this location conducive to studying?

                -Yes

Do you feel like it was worth the cost to live there? (If you feel comfortable doing so, please include cost)

               1.Cheaper then the Meadows

               2. $620 for 2 bedroom worth the cost

               3.$650 for three bedrooms. CHEAP    

Would you recommend this location to another student and why? Also please add any additional comments that you feel might be helpful for a new student moving to St. Louis.

              1. For sure, but be careful renting from anything that says Ramlet in front of it.  They own a                         quadraplex across the street (and a lot of other buildings) and some of the neighbors said  that             they never fix anything

               2. Definitely. I lived in the University Meadows my first two years. University City is one of the most                 happening places in Saint Louis. Check it out and you will like it.

           3. Yeah, it'd be nice to have some more opti-friends in the neighborhood
