Its a great central location. 2 minutes from a schnucks, starbucks and
shopping. There is a park not to far for running, but the downfall is it is
cornered in my busy streets

I would look in the Moorland area (off Clayton and Hanley). The amenities are
not as great, but the location is ideal. There are rental properties and condos
for sale. This is a vibrant neighborhood that is very safe, quiet and great for
someone that likes to walk/run outside
