            2. 10-20 mins Traffic can be heavy in the mornings, but is not too bad as long as you leave about 35-45 minutes before     the start of class (if you want to get there a little early)
 

How far away are you from a metro-link station?

            1. 5 Very Satisified

            2. 5 very satisified Whisper Hollow is a great community. It is quiet, has nice amenities, and has an overall relaxing             atmosphere

 

How safe do you feel your apartment complex and surrounding area is? A rating of 5 is very safe whereas a rating of 1 is very unsafe.

            1. 5, Adult community so quiet and safe. Apartment complex has strict regulations on renters

            2. 5 very safe When comparing Whisper Hollow to other apartment complexes in the area, we called the Maryland             Heights police department and they said that they get very few calls concerning Whisper Hollow Apartments


 

 Are there any extra amenities included with you rent? Include features such as; trash, water, pool, club house, wash/dryer connections/laundry mat,exercise facilities, dishwasher, pet friendly, etc

            1. Trash, water, pool, tennis courts, volleyball, workout center, computer center, storage locker, washer and dryer facility, dishwasher, pet friendly

            2. There is a very nice pool and club house and a decent exercise facility

 

Please comment on closeness to stores, shops, restaurants, gyms etc. (ex. I live 2 blocks away from a Schuncks and St. Louis Mills)

            1. 5 min from grocery, restaurant/pubs/clubs, park/lake, gyms, shopping. Many Optometry students around the area as well

            2. Whisper Hollow is in walking distance to Westport area, which has great restaurants and bars. The grocery store, Walgreens, Blockbuster, and other gyms and such are just about a mile away. It's a great location and not too far from the freeway


 

 Is this location conducive to studying?

        1. Yes, Quite community

            2. Yes It's a very quiet apartment complex and has little distractions.

 

Do you feel like it was worth the cost to live there? (If you feel comfortable doing so, please include cost)

                1. Yes, $680 for a 2BR 1BT + vanity

Would you recommend this location to another student and why? Also please add any additional comments that you feel might be helpful for a new student moving to St. Louis.

            1. Most definitely. Quiet neighborhood, convenience of everything.
